Returns
Only items bought in full price can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. Items in sale or clearance can only be returned for an exchange only. Items bought with defects will be refunded or exchanged. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of purchase and those defective goods returned to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return on a full priced item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for instore purchases and your order number for online purchases. This can be sent via email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Where an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product, you will need to affix the royal mail returns label to the original package.
International returns are at our discretion, so please make sure you have an email confirming we have agreed for you to return items before return in any item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Changes to this privacy policy
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page and possibly within this Application and/or – as far as technically and legally feasible – sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom.
Should the changes affect processing activities performed on the basis of the User’s consent, the Owner shall collect new consent from the User, where required.
